Preston Taylor Green

Preston Taylor Green became a law partner at the firm in 2024, after he became a Certified Family Law Specialist. Preston initially joined the firm as a summer associate in 2016, following his second year of law school, and he became a full-time associate upon earning his law license from the California Bar in 2017.

As a law partner, Preston has established himself as a formidable advocate in all areas of family law with a proven track record in litigation. Preston’s ability to acutely assess the strengths and weaknesses of each case, while navigating the complexities of family law disputes, sets him apart as a strategic litigator. Whether handling complex custody battles, high-asset property division disputes, or high-conflict divorces, Preston brings a meticulous approach to each case to ensure that all reasonable avenues are explored.

Preston graduated with honors from USC, where he earned a BA in Political Science and was an active member of the Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Society and Order of Omega (among other honor societies). He went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he served as President of the Children and Family Law Society. Preston also completed the Los Angeles Collaborative Family Law Association’s Interdisciplinary Training Program and worked in Loyola’s Collaborative Law Clinic, collaborating with seasoned attorneys, marriage and family therapists, and financial experts to resolve complex family law matters.

In addition to his extensive litigation experience, Preston holds a mediation certificate from Loyola’s Center for Conflict Resolution, which satisfies the California Dispute Resolution Program Act. He has served as a co-mediator in several family law cases, further broadening his expertise in dispute resolution.
