Preston Taylor Green

Preston Taylor Green initially joined the firm as a summer associate after his second year of law school and became a full-time associate upon receiving his law license from the California Bar.

Preston has proven to be an invaluable member of the law firm, as his gentle manner with the clients, coupled with his firm, albeit polite, dealing with the opposition has been an invaluable source of kudos from all involved.  Preston has a unique talent in people skills, which is invaluable in the family law arena.  He is quick to assess the strengths and weaknesses of each case, and he has an incredible ability to follow through on all issues presented in a case, to assess the needs of each case and to follow through with the investigation necessary to assure that every reasonable avenue has been explored.  

Preston graduated with honors from USC, where he received a BA in Political Science, and was a board member of the Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Society. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he served as President of the Children and Family Law Society. Preston also completed the Los Angeles Collaborative Family Law Association’s Interdisciplinary Training Program and worked in Loyola’s Collaborative Law Clinic, alongside seasoned family law attorneys, marriage and family therapists, and financial experts to resolve cases for clients. While working at Loyola’s Center for Conflict Resolution, Preston also received a mediation certificate that satisfies the California Dispute Resolution Program Act and served as a co-mediator in several family law cases. Preston’s talents in understanding the human aspects of clients’ family law conflicts, as well as his razor-sharp attention to detail, makes him a formidable attorney. He has received tremendous kudos from clients, who appreciate that nothing escapes Preston’s attention when it comes to their cases.

Preston is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Beverly Hills Bar association.
